A strategic cooperation frame agreement was signed between Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (XTBG) and Beijing Forestry University (BFU) on March 2^nd. As representatives of the two sides, XTBG director Prof. Yang Yongping and BFU president Prof. An Lizhe of BFU signed the agreement.  

According to the agreement, the two sides will cooperate in discipline construction, personnel training, and platform sharing, etc. The two sides will jointly carry out studies on conservation and utilization of tropical forest germplasm resources. 

The two sides have a discussion meeting.
